Documents to be submitted at the time of MBBS admission

  1. Admit Card of KEAM 2017 and NEET-UG 2017(if applicable).
  2. Data sheet of KEAM 2017.
  3. Allotment Memo issued by the CEE.
  4. 10th certificate.
  5. Certificate to prove date of birth.(If Date of birth is in the 10th certificate, no need of birth certificate)
  6. Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.
  7. Original mark list of the qualifying examination (Higher Secondary or equivalent) and the Pass certificate of the qualifying examination (if issued).
  8. Eligibility certificate from any University in Kerala, in the case of candidates who have passed a qualifying examination other than Higher Secondary Examination/Vocational Higher Secondary Examination conducted by Government of Kerala or the examination conducted by CBSE and CISCE.
  9. Migration Certificate, if applicable.
  10. Physical Fitness Certificate in the relevant format given in Annexure XVII (a) or XVII (b) of the Prospectus 2017.
  11. Vaccination certificate (MMR, Chickenpox, Hepatitis B)
  12. Receipt of fee remitted.
  13. Caste certificate if applicable.
  14. The ‘fee’ as prescribed by the University concerned to the course will have to be remitted by the candidate at the time of taking admission in the college.
  15.  Bond   – Bond should be produced in Rs 100 stamp paper. The bond should be filled and signed by Bounden (candidate), 2 sureties (Parents or relatives), witness (Gazetted officer with office seal and residential address)  (Format ) mbbs bond 
  16. Passport size photo – 4nos

(a) The selected candidate should report before the Principal concerned on the date and time as directed by the CEE. No extension of time for joining the course will be granted under any circumstances. Failure to appear before the Principal concerned for admission on the date and time fixed will forfeit his/her selection to the course.

(b) All students getting selected should get themselves vaccinated against Hepatitis, MMR and Chicken pox, before admission. A certificate to this effect will have to be produced at the time of admission.

(c) Students who successfully complete the MBBS course from Medical Colleges in the State, on completion of the MBBS Course, are liable to serve in rural areas. The provisions relating to this stipulation will be as given in appropriate Government orders issued from time to time

 

Fee to be paid:

AIQ General    –  27500/-         State quota General- 2500/-     State quota SC/ST/OEC  3500/-

AIQ SC/ST/OEC (inside Kerala)- 4500/-          AIQ SC/ST/OEC( outside Kerala)- 27500/-

PTA fund         – Rs 10000/- (one time fee).  PTA will be collected at the time of orientation.
